Jenn and Daelun’s Desert Engagement Session

You give me the type of feelings people write about in novels.

Simply put, these two stole my heart the evening of their session.   We met up on a warm summer day in the Phoenix desert, where the cacti were plenty, and the light enchanting.  Jenn is actually a fellow photographer, and Daelun is a coworker of my husbands!  It was kismet meeting them, and so glad they worked me to create some fine art film images for their engagement.  🙂  They were such a gorgeous couple to work with and when their film scans came in I was ecstatic!

Their love story:

Jenn and Daelun met on Halloween night last year through a mutual friend.  Jenn states that Daelun started to ask her to "hang out" and they soon became good friends.  (Way to be inconspicuous Daelun!)  For fun they would go country dancing and got to know each other pretty well that way, until he later asked her out on a real date.   From there the rest is history! We started dating and spending every day together!

The Proposal:

For the proposal he took me up to flagstaff in the mountains and lined a pathway with pictures of us, which led to a beautiful table arrangement with flowers and delicious food. And then he popped the question and I said yes!  (seriously you two this is so romantic and I love it) This striking couple is getting sealed together next year in the Gilbert Temple and I'm so excited for them.
