Desert Film Elopement at the Lost Dutchman

This quaint Elopement will hold a special place in my heart for years to come.

Arizona weather can be fickle towards the end of summer. Mostly it is dead hot and you are bathing in your own sweat. But if you want to see a bunch of crazy people, come to Arizona during the monsoon! The rains cool this hot desert down and give us a reprieve from 100 degree plus temps.

Now as much as we like those cooler temps a down pour during a wedding is less than ideal. As I was driving up to the location, it was coming down hard. My heart began to sink for this sweet bride and groom. As luck would have it though, as soon as the rest of the bridal party and family arrived the rain miraculously stopped.

It was the perfect scene! It was like the heavens had opened up if only to let this beautiful union take place. I can’t thank Crystallyn and Joey enough for letting me be a part of it.
